  Order a double quarter pounder, get a single quarter pounder. Order another a week later, and the patty is folded in half on the burger. What is going on in your restaurant?? This is ridiculous. Never going here again and advising everyone I interact with to do the same.

  Not only is it boiling in there, but I tried to order at a kiosk and my payment wouldn’t go through, so we had to pay at the counter. They had one cash open and was helping a woman for 7 minutes. Then, as it was about to be my turn, a man cut in front of me, and the cashier served him first. We left without our food.

  PAY CHASH! Do not use your cards at this location. They will lie to you and say the payment didnt go through and make you pay twice. Even when you show them that it went through on your end they still demand you pay again. They also refuse to show you the till where it says it was declined even though the point of sale machine said approved. The location is also filthy end to end. Just take your money somewhere else.

  Oh my goodness. Cashier didn't even seem to know what her job entailed. Entered all incorrectly even though we repeated the order for clarification and she also asked for it to be repeated. One item they DON'T even have but she said they did, twice. Once our money was returned for what wasn't available, My husband eventually received a coffee that wasn't ordered and girl insisted it was. When the food finally arrived, my ordered was not included and we let them know, only to be told I DIDN'T PACK YOUR ORDER, We didn't ask that, we just wanted our food. Washroom...dirty, dirty, dirty and no paper towel or working hand dryers. Had to walk out with wet hands. I will stop here, there is more but seriously get it together over there! Won't be coming back there and not because of the food. You better managing in that place....
