    We had a really lovely experience thanks to Matt’s excellent customer service. After placing our order, we were waiting for our number to be called and before we even realized it, Matt came over and brought our food directly to us. It was such a thoughtful, kind and considerate gesture that truly stood out. I made a point of speaking with the manager, Kendra, to share how impressed we were with Matt. She was very sweet, welcoming and genuinely appreciative of the feedback. The space itself is also nice … clean, bright and inviting. Overall, a great experience made even better by the staff.

    Workers are eating same fries which they give to customers while working. Bad service. No hair Net. No bear Net, manager please have a look on it.

    Washroom was clean. Nobody ordering it when I placed my order for a hamburger coke and fries. Priority was given to drivethru and online orders. Took 20 minutes....for a hamburger empty cup and fries.

    Every time you go through the drive through they make you pull through and wait for your food in the parking lot. No matter the time of day, no matter the order

    I have been going here for years, and I have never, I mean never not had to pull over and park and wait for my order. It happens every time no matter what I order. Never happens at other McDonald's. I've wasted full tank of gas over the years waintg for God knows what. Manger must be scrooge and doesn't hire enough people. No clue
