I've come here a few times and the service on Saturday mornings are not always the best. The staff is always chatting and socializing with each other. I've had to come up and ask for my order because I could see my iced coffee on the tray, but the staff was just chit chatting with another staff who appeared to be off work.
The second time I've had an issue was this morning when this lady at the front, short lady, with orangey hair, who was calling out everyone's number and waving their orders, but when I was waiting for mine, I happened to be on the phone. I was waiting for her to wave my iced coffee, but she only waved the other orders. Instead of just calling my number again, she wants to give an attitude and speak to a grown adult like a child and try to say "so you don't hear me calling your number ?" Clearly my order was the only one that you did not wave around and it's visible that I was on the phone. I didn't appreciate this type of service or attitude. They should speak with their staff and talk to them about having manners.

My food wasn’t fresh since it came cold, the tables were also dirty. Not a good environment to enjoy your food 0/10.

Bad service and poor food quality. They often miss items in the order and serve cold, soggy food even when you ask for it fresh. They always say it was cooked minutes ago. I would not recommend this location.

I came today with my son for the Grinch Big Meal. Before paying, I politely asked the cashier if the toy was included. She told me only the socks come with the meal and that I would need to buy a separate Happy Meal to get the toy.
Because this location has many times in the past not had any toys available, I kindly explained that we come here often and my son has been disappointed several times. I simply asked if, since they didn’t have the toy so many times before, they could include a toy this time along with the socks.
The cashier refused and told me to speak with the manager. When the manager came, the attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. The manager showed no understanding, no willingness to help, and insisted they “always give the toy” — which is simply not true. No apology, no solution, nothing.
Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no care for customers — especially children who look forward to the toy. We left frustrated and disappointed. This location needs serious improvement.
