Stopped by for a quick coffee and ended up getting a McGriddle meal. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked. The hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside absolutely delicious!The coffee was hot and smooth. The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole place was clean. McDonald’s breakfast never disappoints.

This is the closest drive thru McDonalds to me, I used to frequent it often for late night drive thru take out. A solid 50% of the time I have items missing. Last night once again missing an item. And I’m not talking condiments - a burger, nuggets, etc. Staff should check mark each item as they place it in a bag - as a former fast food employee. Been going here on and off for the last 5 years, no change.

I just went through the drive thru and tried to order an iced coffee with my points in the app. I asked for caramel and was going to ask for more modifications, and they insisted I could only order a regular iced coffee and nothing else despite the clear description in the app. Then when I finally got to the window and told them, they said they had made it caramel already, I said “yeah I didn’t get to order it the way I wanted because you guys insisted something clearly written in the app isn’t valid” and they looked at me dumbfounded and asked “do you want me to modify this again?”
Absolutely horrible service all the time. I come by multiple times a week and I’m constantly waiting 10 minutes at least for a coffee. Now I’m on my way home and I’ve spent 4000 McDonald’s points on nothing. I will never come to this location again. Absolutely mind numbing and painful to come here.

The manager there that works at 6am needs proper training on customer service. Gave attitude when asking for some cream and sugar packet because other mcdonalds gave me the wrong coffee then only was gonna help me when realized I was their nationality. This is not how we treat people especially as a manager and I would hope they update their training on customer service especially on non consequential requests.
