I ordered gravy from them and they just give half of the quantity as shown in picture. I recommend owner to take care of this next time.

I have to write this review after visiting this McDonald‘s location atleast thrice. Drive through has longer wait times reasonably so as it is a busy area.
However, I cannot understand the fact it is mostly the same lady working at front and it always seems she has hard time figuring out the POS and even with cash as well. Sometimes despite being a line up she is chatting with guests without a sense of urgency to serve those behind. Today, it took her literally 7-8 minutes to just help one guest before the supervisor/ manager came to help.
As thankful I am that she took notice, the large coffee I got was dripping due to cup being overfilled and stained my sweater as I was heading for work. The entire drive the coffee was dripping.
While I understand it is a Quick Service Restaurant and one cannot expect much, please check your coffee cups, do not overfill and ruin people’s work attire. Hopefully that is not too much of an ask for service McDonald’s.

Worst service ever!
Stood in the drive thru for like 5 mins and nobody bothered to take an order. Went inside to order, the employees are chilling and talking and nobody was interested in taking the order. Some guy told me to wait but nobody came to take order. Checked the kiosk, Apparently, they didn’t even have what I wanted to order. So just left.

I believe the representative who helped us may have been the supervisor. The representative’s name was Precious, if recalling correctly. Precious is extremely friendly, offering to help on anything we need, and also checking upon us.
I’ve seen Precious engaging in many conversations with customers and in some cases, hugging customers. Personally, I’ve never experienced this kind of service anywhere including McDonalds. Precious must be rewarded and recognized for great service and friendliness!
