Absolutely disgusting the people who work there are insanely horrible at their job. Some kids took my meal And I had to wait 15 minutes to get it back from a yelling battle, cause she didn’t look at the receipt when she handed it, but continued to lie

One busy Saturday night, my order delivery to the table was completely missed, so I had to replace my fries because they were completely cold. However, the second table delivery order was delivered timely.
The restaurant floor and tables were also quite dirty because of past customers, so they didn't get cleaned as often as they should .
Restaurant was too busy and patrons at the seat behind me kept jumping and kicking me in the back, so the atmosphere wasn't relaxing enough to have a peaceful dinner.

1. You guys have roaches. At expo was where I spotted them.
2. Food wait was very long. I waited 20 minutes for 20 nuggets. I can understand fast food being extremely busy, but my order was not prioritized even after numerous tickets after mine. Food was cold after sitting out for long.
3. One of your workers dropped a happy meal box twice onto the floor and places it back on the stack. That is unacceptable. No gloves handling food? There are no standards here.

Ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 fries for 2 kids, reached home and realised one cheeseburger was missing..and this is not the first time an item is missing from the order..
Will defi physically re-check the order next time.

I recently visited your McDonald’s location last October 26 around 7pm and was very disappointed with both the cleanliness and the customer service. There were flies all over the dining area, no napkins available, staff were inattentive and the washrooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I asked for napkins and the lady gave me a really bad look, like if the napkins she was giving me will be deducted from her paycheque. It seemed like there was no lobby person working, and none of the managers were doing travel paths or checking the store’s condition. On top of that, the employee taking orders was very rude and dry, making the experience even more unpleasant. I hope these issues are addressed immediately to ensure better cleanliness and customer service moving forward.
