  Place is ridiculous. Very poor customer service at the drive-thru. The employee (middle aged Asian women) was upset I changed my order and then went on a rant about “wasted food.” I was also rushed while ordering and spoken to rudely. It’s not appropriate to complain to a paying customer about what they choose to order. The job is to assist customers respectfully, not project frustration or create a negative experience. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t work in the food industry if your going to tell people what to eat because your lazy to remake an order. Please retrain your staff and I hope that wasn’t a manager. Because that would be a joke. Also name tags would be appreciative so people can be held accountable.

  Forget about charging nearly $5 for a cup of hot chocolate, the “workers” don’t work and take 15 minutes for an order on a holiday. Some people have it too easy.

  Way too many times they McScrewed up my order. Grabbed food from the drive thru less than 10x, and already 2x an item is missing from the order, and 1x I got the wrong one. First time they forgot my fries, to which I was given the next time I went. Second got a muffin instead of a girldle. Third, forgot my sandwich, to which I was given the next time. All without any compensation.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru on December 6th around 1:25 PM. My order was simple: 1 small iced coffee 1 medium coffee (2 milk, 1 sugar) 2 McPops At the speaker, I noticed the worker punched in 2 sugars for the medium coffee, so I double-checked and clearly said, “It’s 2 milk 1 sugar, right?” She said yes. When I pulled up to the first window, the girl asked me if I ordered one medium iced coffee, which was already incorrect. I told her no, it was a small iced coffee, and she changed something on her screen and handed me the payment machine. After I paid, I asked if the order included the McPops, but she immediately closed the window without answering. At the second window, they handed me only the small iced coffee. I explained that I also ordered a medium coffee and two McPops. The worker there told me the first window only charged me for the small iced coffee. I had to pay again at the second window to get the rest of my order. After all of that, when I finally got home, the medium coffee was made wrong anyway — 2 sugars and no milk at all, even though I clarified it twice.
