If you want to celebrate your child’s birthday, consider visiting McDonald’s on Jane Street. They’re very accommodating and will help you host a fantastic celebration. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my daughter Cheneille had a wonderful time celebrating her 9th birthday there. Plus, the playhouse is available for the kids to enjoy during the party. Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! Walked in at 5:30am for just a tea. The staff were all arguing LOUDLY, and didn't notice me standing at the counter so I stepped behind it and waved. Almost 2 minutes later the baker came to the counter and took my simple tea order. I stood there for almost 5 more minutes waiting for my tea which had been sitting on a counter near the drive through window for awhile as it was only warm. Staff should be re-trained on customer service!!

Don't waste your time coming to this McDonald's the staff are rude who have no customer service skills, the managers are even worse then the workers. I can see why revenue has gone down and needs to keep drive thru 24/7 because the service is horrible. The owner or owners should get new workers and managers. If I could give it a -10 I would go to the one a further down at weston and 401

I came to this McDonald’s to collect an Uber Eats order and had to wait nearly 20 minutes before anyone even came to ask for my order number. There was no buzzer or system to call staff, and despite calling out multiple times, no one bothered to respond. When I finally went to the main counter, even a customer commented, “Good luck getting service here.” You could clearly see the frustration on everyone’s faces.
When I shared my feedback with the manager, I was told they were short-staffed — which might be understandable, but that should be communicated upfront to customers and drivers waiting for their orders. Giving that excuse after people are already frustrated doesn’t help.
This location really needs to make immediate improvements in communication and customer service. It’s disappointing to see such poor coordination from a brand like McDonald’s.

Drive through is 24 hours.. Store opens at 5AM. Yet at 5:50 AM staff is still considering among one another if they should let me in or not. It would be my first visit to the location. They keep referring to me by the derogatory term 'bottom'. Keep commenting about my new suitcase. Observed me come into the front delivery driver area, take a seat expecting them to open momentarily only to get tired sit on the floor and continue to ask among themselves what they should do. Now am back outside shivering cold and there back to watching me. They know theire treatment of me has been biased and now that customers are starting to arrive in parking lot there feeling awkward about justifying opening the door now.
