  I got very bad service and rude customer service. I was asked to wait for my food but we waited for a long period of time. Other people got their food but I did not. We went back to the drive through and the woman was not polite. She said “You don’t have to be shouting” but I was not yelling I was just upset. Afterwards the woman shut the window disrespectfully and said “bye” with attitude. Overall, bad behaviour and attitude towards me.

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this location. From the moment I approached the cashier, the attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The ladies working at the cashier showed no interest in helping, did not communicate properly, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Instead of being polite or respectful, they acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and a lack of basic courtesy. This is unacceptable, especially for a business that depends on customer satisfaction. Good customer service is not complicated—it requires respect, patience, and professionalism. Unfortunately, none of that was present here. Management seriously needs to review who they are hiring and provide proper customer service training. Experiences like this push customers away, and I will think twice before returning.

  Excellent service provided by a courteous and professional team. The staff was very helpful and resolved my payment issue quickly and efficiently. The food was delicious and added to an overall pleasant experience.

  One star is generous; unpleasant place. The trash cans are overflowing, the tables and seats are dirty, the floor is filthy, and the staff refuse to provide ketchup or refills on soft drinks. I don't recommend it.

  I used to bring my kids to play here...taking them away of screens...they always had a good time just playing..but now after they installed these tables on the playground... terrible idea, all parents/friends are avoiding bring their kids here ... there's no point anymore.
