  s much as we love this place, there is a gentleman behind the counter who is extremely rude and shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. He was in charge of making the hot drinks. First, we heard him yelling at two children over a chocolate drink display that they were playing near. There are better ways of correcting young kids than yelling and screaming at them. If they were my kids he would have heard an earful. And then it was our turn… We bought a couple of ice creams and a hot drink and were still waiting on our hot drink. After about 5-7 minutes later when we followed up on our order, he asked to see the receipt which we shared but then accused us of the order being called. We told him it was for the ice creams. He insisted I point out who served us and checked us out. Like are you kidding me? We’re not going to cheat over a 5 dollar hot chocolate. Got the drink eventually but found him extremely confrontational and just rude! He might need to be put through the company training again before being placed in a role interacting with customers.

  Went in for the ice cream. It was good but there were no napkins available. It came out quickly though and staff was clear and loud on calling orders numbers. Store staff overall were kind and courteous. Being able to customize some of the items offered is nice as well.

  After watching a video promoting the “Chanel” of ice cream, I went with my family to try it out. Aside from the kind lady who greeted at us at the door, the remaining workers made us feel very unwelcome there. The Asian lady making our ice cream was extremely rude to us when we told her that we hadn’t ordered two chocolate ice creams (the man taking our order had wrote it down incorrectly). After we finally got our ice creams and started eating it, the ice cream melted super fast and fell into the ground, or on our clothes. I’ve never had such terrible ice cream or service. I would not recommend the ice cream from there it’s definitely not a luxury ice cream by taste or experience.

  Visited after a long time. Sad to see no gingerbread Lindor, but the Crema Gelata was delicious and the hot chocolate (thanks to Pratham) was amazing. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

  Today I bought a mixed cone ice cream. When ordering, they asked me if I had a hazelnut allergy or not. Well, that raised my expectations! I thought, wow, I’m about to experience a unique flavor of ice cream! But after trying it, I was really disappointed with this company. First, the ice cream was completely soft and melted, and second, it didn’t taste like hazelnut at all (though the syrup on top had a slight hazelnut flavor!) Overall, it was just like an ordinary soft-serve ice cream ,but very overpriced!
