    tonight I ordered a combo meal and upgraded the fries to poutine, plus an extra Happy Meal with a toy. When picking up the order, the staff unilaterally informed me that poutine was unavailable and replaced it with large fries without asking for my consent; the toy was also out of stock but they didn’t mention it in advance and simply substituted a book, leaving my child very upset. To top it off, there was no ketchup in the self-service area, and I had to go to the counter to get individual packets. This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in Canada—I have no idea how this manager runs the place!

    The ladies there start preparing food almost 8 am. I went the at least 3 times and always the same.

    The location is convenient in the Wal-Mart but any time we've gone they dont have apple slices for the happy meals and if I ask for fries with no salt instead for my daughter they are salted anyways

    Thank you so much for our experience! I bought Happy Meal for my daughter, but she got a toy not the one she wanted. She was badly crying when the counter gave us the toy she wanted. Thank you so much for your humanity.

    This woman named Mari is extremely lost and has no idea what she’s doing. She’s extremely rude and disrespectful to the people in this mc Donald’s she kept going to the back asking how to work a register and has AirPods in while on the job. She should be fired immediately. 0/10 do not come here if she is working
