- SCStan Cipriani6 days ago1.0This has to be the most unkempt McDonald's in Newmarket. Came in here Jan 5th Monday night and it was an awful experience. The place was a disaster, they have only 2 customers in the dining area and about 7 staff, the staff were just joking around laughing and one was sitting on the floor behind the counter where you collect the food. I don't know who is in charge here but this was the worst McDonald's ive ever seen. The kitchen was in view and the floor looked like it wasn't swept all day with the amount of food just visible on the floor. Every garbage bin inside was overflowing. And the drink and condiment area looked like a tornado went through it. Being honest you don't expect much from a McDonald's but this warranted me going out of my way to write this and hope that place can change. Absolutely embarrassing, and if I was the staff I would feel ashamed to be working in an environment like that.

- YOYetty ODec 16, 20253.0I have mixed feelings about this McDonald’s location. I placed an online pickup order around 7:15 a.m. for a coffee carafe and muffins. Even though I received a “ready for pickup” notification, I waited about 10 minutes and initially received an incomplete order, the muffins were missing. No one mentioned that items were still being prepared. I also didn’t receive a receipt in the bag, which is an issue since this was an office order and now requires an extra trip to the store. Providing online receipts for web orders would help avoid this. The coffee itself was great with plenty of cream and sugar, which is why I’m giving 3 stars.
