Went in to get something to eat, but needed to use the bathroom first. It was so disgustingly dirty that I decided based on the condition of the bathroom that I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the kitchen, so I left without buying any food. Two other ladies in the bathroom at the same time made the same comments about how filthy it was. I think I stopped here over a year ago and it was in the same condition.

I went to McDonald’s today at around 11:33 a.m. to order a large Coffee Frappe through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the lady taking my order was very rude. She didn’t understand my order, and when I tried to explain that I wanted a large Coffee Frappe, she kept saying things like “Okay, black coffee” and “Oh, with fries.” I politely said that wasn’t correct, but she raised her voice and said, “What do you want?” in a very rude tone.
When I got to the payment window, I told her that she had been yelling at me, and instead of apologizing, she became even louder and said, “I wasn’t yelling at you , you should speak louder.”
I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for many years, and this is the closest location to my home. I’ve always liked coming here, but this experience was really disappointing. Please look into this situation , it’s not right for customers to be spoken to like that.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was extremely slow — it felt like the staff were ignoring customers on purpose. We waited almost 30 minutes for our order, which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. Definitely not the level of service I expected from McDonald’s.
