Unsure if it’s management, individual contributors, low wages, lack of planning or training, all of the above, etc. Customers should not be parked for almost every order and it should not take +20 mins to receive an order time and time again. It is time.

The sandwich tasted like it was made several hours earlier and that was also just warm. Worst of all was the coffee, it had so much sugar in it that it was undrinkable and was thrown away. This is easily the worst meal I have ever had at a McDONALDS. Just terrible!!
