They messed up my food, so I drove all the way back — 15 minutes each way — only for them to tell me, “Come back tomorrow.” Fine. I show up the next day like they told me to, and after wasting even more of my time, they suddenly say they can’t replace the order. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a complete runaround. This is hands down one of the most unprofessional McDonald’s locations I’ve ever dealt with. If they can’t handle fixing their own mistakes, they shouldn’t be serving customers.

There manager came to window and was very rude and please I am not here for free fries but an apology which these guys don’t do! Manager asked for last visit details and I told her and she acknowledged but was defiant. I am not coming back and will educate my friends and family about same! Worse experience!
