Many people blame her but understand that she's the only one working there sometimes! You NEED to hire more people. You can't have her running around doing everything and taking on 6-7 orders at once. Please hire more people to help. Even having 1 more person would help. Secondly, getting food "for here" is nearly impossible. We never ever get a tray and neither do most other people. Why? Why is everything "to go"? It makes no sense. Clean the trays please. Third, the ketchup cups have been out for weeks. Why isn't anyone replacing these? How are you supposed to put ketchup on your fries? It creates a huge mess. Hire more people and keep the place running more smoothly.

However, got confused about the menu and proceeded to ask the McDonald's employee for help. The white female staff member lost patience, raised her voice, and tried her absolute best to embarrass me in front of others. It felt rude and borderline racist. I had to call her out and she did understand afterwards but damage was already done its completely unacceptable to begin with. Staff should never treat customers this way. She should go back to the computer and watch some more videos on customer service or retire.
