Almost every weekend their driveway is closed by 11 night its not even that late. Have been to this location and seen atleast 10-12 times that they were closed before even midnight and outside it says 24hrs. Like how can something be 24hrs if its closed almost every day by 12.

Had a coupon for a free hot chocolate-
No size was indicated on the coupon just that it had to be redeemed at Lucan McDonalds. Order a large since it didn’t say anything about what size. The manage on shift today was not pleasant and would not honour the coupon beside a small hot chocolate even though it was not indicated that it was a small only. She offered to give the coupon back and said I could try it with another manager but she would only do a small… it was their mistake for not noting small hot chocolate only and should of honoured any size due to the coupon not stating anything. We won’t be return due to the rudeness of the staff.

I'm disgusted with the quality of food that I've received from your Lucan, ON. Canada store. Just awful. I never make complaints but this just has to stop and I'd think you would want to know that your brand is not being properly represented by this location. I understand it's hard to make it great all of the time (my first real job was at McDonalds when I was 15 and it was great) but I felt compelled to contact you. The fries tasted like they were a day old, they were so bad. I waited for a :fresh" filet o' fish that was like rubber and the spicy chicken sandwich also tasted OLD. The buns were even suspect. Now, in stark contrast, I have n=been to the West 5 location 3 times in the last two weeks and it is SUPERB. Hottest fries ever! Always hot and fresh sandwiches, so this makes me feel even more frustrated with this Lucan location's quality, especially given the prices now. I fell like McDonald's owes me, that's how mad I am about the food. Again, I have NEVER complained in the last 34 years of eating here ( as an adult). I'll never eat at this location again as this isn't the first time I've felt this way about this store, which is closest to my house. If I feel this way, there must be many others like me and we all need to encourage each other to speak out and show our dissatisfaction through feedback and refusal of patronage until something is done. It's ridiculous to get bad service AND bad food with no accountability from franchise owners.

Is there a zero option, only thing I get here is coffee, its way better then tims, the line and wait for coffee isn't better, I feel like you need to answer a survey before you order, is it rude not to reply when they ask if your using points, or if they ask, do you want to try something you don't want to try, I just start to order my food as soon as they shut up sometimes while there talking.
