Her cleanliness was also gross with her hair all over the place aswell. I am aware that McDonald's is not a five star restaurant but workers should look clean and treat customers with respect when they made a mistake with their order. Not happy with this experience at all. The rest of the staff was lovely but that bad apple really stood out. I have heard a lot of people complain about this worker since she matchers their descriptions.
