  I have been waiting in a parking spot for 10 minutes for my food :( I haven't been to a McDonald's in almost a year because it's not as good as it used to be. But this is ridiculous by the time I got home which is 7 minutes from the restaurant my food was cold :( I am unsure if my food was to hot and they were just waiting for my food to cool down before they gave it to me. Bad, Bad, Bad. Other than the temperature everything else was as I remembered it. I guess I'll try again next year to see if they have gotten any better.

  I ordered a fudge Sunday 3.75 the portion was about 1/2 cup of ice cream and a tablespoon of fudge on top . That is the last time for McDonald’s at our household .

  Waited curbside for near 20 minutes and eventually had to go in to get my order which had been sitting so long was ice cold.

  Terrible just came through at sunday November 9 2025 at 630 pm and ordered four happy meals ticket #410 Said no pickles and they put pickles. Warning they don't listen calling to complain now. Let's see what happens.

  Horrible GM and service! We went through drive-thru and ordered three meals just to get home after a long drive and find out they messed up all three. We called and they offered to remake the burgers if we came back that same day or next day. When I went back they gave me a hard time in drive through, telling me I had to go into the restaurant. When I went into the restaurant they were being rude to me telling me they couldn't find me in the book, refusing to help me. The general manager came over on a power trip telling me that he was a general manager and not going to do anything for me and that he didn't have time to fight with me. He was very sassy and ignorant. He denied making any phone calls to the other manager on duty that we spike with or looking into the situation for me. I'm lucky that I had taken pictures of the order number and the burgers that were made wrong which you could clearly see the mistakes. If it wasn't for that, he would have never have cared to help us or shown any type of proper customer service. This "general manager" immediately treated me like I was trying to just get free food and scam them and it was humiliating being in the restaurant being treated like that. I don't know who promoted this guy but he is not what I would want running my restaurants. I've been in Hospitality for 25 years and I've never met such a person!
