  My boyfriend and I came to Kelsey’s for dinner and had the absolute best experience thanks to Jess P! She was an outstanding server from start to finish. Jess was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and she made us feel comfortable right away. Her food recommendations were spot on and everything we ordered was delicious. She checked in at the perfect times and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Jess truly made our dinner experience memorable, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her.

  We had a great experience tonight at Kelseys Original Roadhouse! I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger and my girlfriend had the beet salad, and both were absolutely delicious. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly how we hoped it would be. What really made the night stand out was our server, Jess P. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Her positive attitude and great service made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Jess again next time!

  I love going to Kelsey’s! I come here all the time with my friends and family for lunch and supper. The prices are super affordable and the food is amazing! I came in the one day with my mom, and we had Olivia as our bartender, and if I had an option on here to give her specifically 5 stars I would! She was so kind and really fast at making the drinks! She kept coming to check on us which I really appreciated! We will definitely be returning to this location, and I hope we get Olivia as our bartender again!

  Sad to say I had to delete my five star review today. For the last 15 years I've been coming one to two times a week. I always received amazing customer service. The day time sever was amazing. It's where I would have business lunch meetings or just stop into work for lunch for an hour and brought my family for dinner. She stopped working there a few months ago. The new staff are mediocre and always seems too busy and can't get around to everybody. I've started coming less and less and I'm about once a month now. Today I went in and it was the typical server Matt whom is always overwhelmed. But a girl came to me and said sorry he's so busy. He's supposed to be your server. But can I help you take your drink order? She came back and brought me my silverware. She checked in on me a couple times but he came and took my food order. She was cut. I wasn't very hungry so I asked if I could have a side Caesar salad with grilled chicken. When I received the full Caesar salad I asked if this was a side Caesar and he said no. I said that's what I asked for. I ate half because I wasn't very hungry and only wanted a little bit. She came around and got me another drink. He saw I wanted to leave and asked if I wanted it boxed up and I said no I don't want it thank you. He gave me the bill for the full Caesar salad and then argued with me even though he recognized me and knew I came in often and said that that's what I ordered even though I told him I wanted a side and asked him when I got my meal if it was a side. He argued with me and honestly for a few dollars I just paid the bill but they lost a lifetime customer. How many mistakes must he make if he wants to fight a loyal for $5?
