  Don’t order pasta, because you will get a soup with noodles, and don’t order sirloin sandwich because you will look for sirloin and don’t be fooled by ordering their beet and goat cheese salad so deceiving. Went there yesterday for a second date to be so disappointed by service and food. All was good till we good the food, my date almost ended up wearing soup noodles, while I looked for sirloin but I did find two pieces of bacon lol, my beet salad with goat cheese lacked beets and goat cheese. Why charge people extra 2$ for a salad that lacks the ingredients it’s called for and where was the goat cheese. All I got was a bowl of lettuce with very light dressing tons of red onion half a beet and very minuscule amount of goat cheese. Server was awful in a place that was empty not attentive at all. There was one table in there and slow service with crap food. Thank you for this dinning experience as I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

  My wife decided to take me out for dinner for my birthday tonight to Kelsey’s on Ottawa Street and it was one of the worst dinners we’ve had at this location ever. First when we arrived we were the first in line with others lining up behind us. When the host came she tried to seat others behind us until my wife spoke up. After we were seated and opened up our menus my wife noticed that a couple of pages were missing from hers so we shared mine. When our food came my wife noticed that the chicken from her bbq chicken club was burnt underneath and my half rack of ribs had no steak knife with it. We didn’t receive any cutlery or napkins from the host, server, or person that brought our food taking about 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. I noticed that they were a bit short staffed but usually when a host cleans a table and seats you cutlery and napkins are already there. We won’t be going back here for quite a while & will explore other establishments like Montana’s and The Keg.

  Went for lunch today at the Ottawa Street location today for the first time with my daughter. We arrived after lunch and before dinner… perfect timing ….. Our server was Matt. He was fantastic ! Very attentive in a discreet way. Food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad and my daughter ordered the beef tenderloin bacon and Swiss handheld with fries. Both dishes were delicious. At the end of the meal, I ordered a coffee and Matt told me that he put a fresh pot on which I appreciated a great deal. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms!! I would have turned the music down a smidge but that’s being picky 🤪 There is a lot of parking because of the location. Definitely would return !

  Sunday afternoon, not very busy, but only seemed to be one waitress and the hostess. The hostess had to clear a table on the bar side in order to seat the couple waiting ahead of us. She seemed put out that we didn't want to sit at a high table-top table on the bar side, and had to seat us in the dining-room. Wait time to get drinks after being seated was pushing 8-10 minutes. Had the BBQ Chicken club. Expected it to be on the ciabata bun, however, it came on Texas toast, unless you specifically asked for it on the bun. Chicken was a little questionable as to if it was actually cooked all the way through. Slightly chewy ... so maybe just not the best quality Chicken. Was also on the cold side in the restaurant. Music was blaring in the ladies restroom. With the vast assortment of restaurants in the area, would I return ... 🤔 probably not.

  Attended as a group of 7 last night and will never return. This restaurant has absolutely zero regard for food allergies and food safety. Ordered their veggie burger without mayo, when it came out to the table there was mayo on it. No problem, mistakes happen, so we notified our server right away, they apologized and said they would fix it. Server comes back not even 2 minutes later saying the cook only put the mayo on the lettuce bun so they just switched out the lettuce bun.... the Server hands me the burger and you can clearly still see mayo on the side of the burger patty itself. I point it out, the Server kindly apologized for taking the cooks word and said a new one would be made this time. You should NEVER serve the same plate again to a guest when theres an allergy, you have to make a complete new dish. By the time my new burger was made the rest of the table was just about finished eating so we asked to take it to go. The cherry on top is they still charged us for the burger! We paid as one big group so unfortunately we didnt notice they still left the meal on the bill under after payment was already made. Please do better for the health and safety of your patrons.
