Attended to this restaurant on January 1st with a group total of five. (4 adults one baby) We did not have a good experience. Our waitress had a lot of attitude and later we found out at least she said that she was the shift manager. Anyway we ordered our meal and my daughter and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich plate and upsized our french fries to poutine. When the poutine came out the gravy was still cold and the cheese had not been melted. We asked if it could be taken back to the kitchen which she did... After rolling her eyes. When it returned it was in a different bowl and was still cold the only difference was that they had placed a lot more gravy on top which again was cold. We did not eat this as it looked disgusting and it was cold. Later when I went to the bathroom I heard our waitress talking to another staff member saying that our table was complaining about our food and that we had sent the poutine back... She then proceeded to tell the other staff member that all they did was transfer our original poutine into a different type of dish, add gravy and bring it back to the table. Thank God we never ate it because the server also put their finger in the bowl at the time that we had requested they return it to the kitchen.... to see if it was actually cold. The waitress also rolled her eyes because we were complaining about the cold poutine. Our waitress was not very attentive after this point we had ordered more drinks that never arrived we ordered a second dessert that never arrived. At the end of the meal three of the people we were dining with left because it was taking so long just to get our bill. When we did get the bill I asked the server who the manager was on for this shift and she laughed and said that she was one of the managers her name was Kylie. And then she said that Cynthia was also a manager on shift with her. I knew at this point there was no sense in reporting this as I heard her again talking with Cynthia saying "oh she asked who the managers were on shift so I gave her our names" and then she started laughing. This is a very unprofessional way for a manager to act and behave. There is no sense in reporting this to this restaurant because clearly if these two fools are the managers and they're laughing about a serious complaint this issue will never be resolved. This is the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant. We did ask her to remove the poutine from our bill, the price that was reduced off of our bill was the Upcharge for the poutine. This meant that we paid for the entire meal but did not get the fries that would have come with it. We definitely will not be going back! Our bill was $174.00 so this was not a cheap outing for us nor was it enjoyable!

Took my family of 4 plus little one out New Years day for Dinner. Bill was $174, no tip!. Basically the service destroyed the whole meal. Start off with 20 oz bear brought while specifically asked for 16 oz.. A second round was asked for and it did not show up in orderly fashion. (It was "Not" that busy and there was adequate staff on) When the drinks are late I usually don't want them. I didn't bother complaining about that. Two people in the party up-charged their fries too poutine with their meal. When the meals came the poutine was cold cheese was still cubed, not melted at all. Asked them to return to kitchen and try again. both portions came out in a different dinnerware. Looked like someone poured the gravy to it (soup) and put the previous portion back in the mix. Gravy still cold, cheese still not melted. When my wife asked the waitress about it the attitude was just blowing the issue off. She asked for a manager at that point and she basically told us that would be her and maybe one more person on site. I asked the waitress to remove the portions off the bill, she obliged the up charge but not the meal. The worst part about it all is after the wife asserted they just replated and the waitress denied it and said they were fresh... My wife heard Kaylie and the other so called manager Cynthia talking about it and they laughed when the wife asked for their names, clearly they didn't care. A business shouldn't be left in the hands of immaturity to ruin. So all said and done I won't be back to that location for a good while. I've been going to that location since it was a Casey's Bar and Grill. Kelsey's head office will be hearing about it. Its was a convenient place to stop coming from Stratford, as we stop around there to shop before stopping at the daughters. Thanks For your attention. Mark Messer Stratford.

The food was average, we waited more than 30min to get our main meal. We asked the steak to be Medium well but it came very thick and more than half of it raw. The sides are dry (no sauce or spices with them) which I barely could have some. Like the food is fine but not a hit.

Handed menus at front door and pointed where to sit. Waited 20 minutes before anyone came over so we put both drink and food order at once. 45 minutes no food (this was NOT busy at all) And in that 45 minutes, no one came to check on us with empty drinks. W me left $20 to cover drinks and $5 tip and went to go eat elsewhere.

We just had dinner there tonight and had the best waitress! Jo, our server, was friendly and welcoming, and gave attentive and efficient service. She ensured we prompt refills on our drinks, checked in regularly and dropped off condiments before we even asked for them. The food was also delicious and we will definitely go back again. Thank you Jo for your lovely service!
