I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal through the drive thru and there was at least a quarter of an eggshell in the egg. When I tried to call about it, the line has been consistently busy for half an hour. This is not the first time I’ve gotten shell in my eggs there, but it was small enough to spit out and ignore. Someone had to have seen this while cracking the egg. Terrible.

The service is so poor, i literally four times told them that I need milks in my coffee while is raining and they made my window open so they can understand what i need but finally when I tried to drink my coffee it was too dark and there was zero coffee.
