  We just had a wonderful lunch here at Kelsey’s in Huntsville! Emily provided us with wonderful service. She explained various options to us and brought all our food and drinks with a smile 😊.

  Outstanding experience. It’s been many years since we have been to a Kelsey’s and now I know what we’ve been missing. This will be a goto spot moving forward. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in Emily D’s section, you can be certain of excellent service. Koodo’s to the kitchen staff! Our food was high quality, fresh and delicious. Can’t recommend this location enough. Well done & Thank You!

  Asked for extra crispy fries - didn't get it, asked if processed cheese due to allergies she said I don't think so - it was, the spicy dipping sauce was on the burger not on side - thought i was safe because I have acid reflux with spicy foods. The waitress didn't come to see if we need something or asked how our food was. When she came to the table she punched the bill in the machine not giving me a chance to say my meal was horrible. Then when I finally able too, she said it was too late should of told her sooner. Her na mmm e is Connie S #18, check #3980, Dec 31, 2025 at 1;22 pm. My husband still tipped her $6.00. Our meal amount was $60.40. We will never return to your restaurant. I will tell this to others. It's sad but customer satisfaction and waitresses should have respect.

  Waited over an hour before food appeared with a reservation that started at 5:45 as we had 2 young children. When food arrived all 6 meals were cold, overdone including pizza and burgers- so one wonders what the hold up was in terms of getting food to the table as it clearly was not even close to recently cooked? Beet salad advertised with goat cheese came with 3 tsps size bits of goat cheese and the added chicken breast was dry and burnt. Pizza resembled 2 day old leftovers found in the fridge. Burger missing 2 of the add ons. Other kelseys restaurants we have been in have managers that control the numbers the kitchen has to manage by indicating how long the wait time might be when seating you. All we got at this one when asking our server and then ultimately the manager was that it is busy and the food is coming…….which eventually arrived 30 minutes after the initial query. Would not return.

  We ate at Kelsey’s in Huntsville. I had the ribs and bacon-wrapped sirloin with a Caesar salad—the steak and ribs were tender and enjoyable. My wife ordered the beet and goat cheese salad with grilled chicken but was disappointed due to very little goat cheese and overcooked, dry chicken. The biggest issue was the 45-minute wait for our food. Overall, some positives, but the long wait and inconsistent food quality brought this visit down to 2 stars.
