  I really hate leaving a bad review but I hope this reaches out to management as that is where this issue comes from. It's pretty noticed that they don't have enough staff, or else the food wouldn't be COLD everytime.. it makes no sense unless the fries are old and been sitting around.. I feel that is the job of the manager to make sure there is enough staff to have food coming out hot. I feel it's faulse advertising last time I was in such a rush big reason I stopped at McDonald's by the time I did the 5 min drive home I had to heat everything up in my air fryer.. I bought the food so I didn't have to reheat or cook anything. Get more staff and please start caring about giving folks HOT food that they are paying for. When I got my cold dinner I also lucked out and got a FLAT pop that I also got to put in my soda stream to fizz up. You'll quickly loose a customer from me as I am here visiting, and I frequently do and there are other fast food places that are willing to serve hot food. Hope this reaches out to someone.

  i mean it's mcdonalds, but i shouldn't have to reheat my food in the air fryer from driving 5 mins home after picking it up there, and also carbonating my soda with my sodastream.

  It’s a hit or miss when it comes to this McDonald’s the food is inconsistent of the quality they put out

  Went in to get one small late as the line up in drive through was busy. Waited 10 minutes while being ignored by staff at front counter. Finally placed my small order and was again ignored by staff waiting for my drink for another 5 min. Had to ask out loud to get attention and my drink had been sitting on counter already made around the counter but not given to me. Very disappointed with customer service. would be a 0 but not available

  I showed up at 10:45 and they refused to serve any lunch items. Seriously? It’s not like making a burger requires reinventing the wheel. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s that start serving lunch before 11 without a problem. Instead of being helpful, the staff just said, “We’re still on breakfast.” If you’re craving anything other than eggs before 11, don’t bother stopping here.
