The food was fine, drive through service was friendly and fast. However, this is the second time I've ordered coffee with cream and gotten black coffee. December 20th and 15th.

I’ve held off on this review for a number of visits. - Sometimes turnover and training/compliance challenges can affect service quality, and change takes time and effort. After today’s visit, and the number of reviews I’ve read while writing this, it’s clear to me these folks have not put in the effort to improve yet.
There are two things that ruin the experience for any McDonalds that this location has always been notorious for;
- Clearing one drive-through lane at a time instead of serving people in order of arrival - Feels great hearing 4 or 5 cars that arrived after you be served before you.
- Sending everyone to “reserved” parking spots after you have paid regardless of how few people are in line or how small your order is, for you to ultimately have to go inside to get your order anyway. I’m assuming a key priority over the quality of service is drive-through time.
I’ve decided to omit the rest of my review, thanks.

⭐️⭐️ attention people McDonald’s hanmer does not except 100$ Canadian currency as there incapable of knowing the difference between real and not, there isn’t a sign showing they do not except it and there communication skills are rude and poor. They’ll make sure you order waste your time and wait at the window for someone to tell you they cannot except 100$ currency ⭐️⭐️

I really hate leaving a bad review but I hope this reaches out to management as that is where this issue comes from. It's pretty noticed that they don't have enough staff, or else the food wouldn't be COLD everytime.. it makes no sense unless the fries are old and been sitting around..
I feel that is the job of the manager to make sure there is enough staff to have food coming out hot. I feel it's faulse advertising last time I was in such a rush big reason I stopped at McDonald's by the time I did the 5 min drive home I had to heat everything up in my air fryer.. I bought the food so I didn't have to reheat or cook anything. Get more staff and please start caring about giving folks HOT food that they are paying for. When I got my cold dinner I also lucked out and got a FLAT pop that I also got to put in my soda stream to fizz up. You'll quickly loose a customer from me as I am here visiting, and I frequently do and there are other fast food places that are willing to serve hot food. Hope this reaches out to someone.
