  Thought after being treated like a POS by the staff a few years ago (miataken identity), I thought maybe the staff has changed and hopped rekindle a favourite spot to eat. Litterally left without getting food after almost as n hour and a half wait. Our party arrived well in advanced to eat in a decent manner and having young kids 3+, we were met with attitude from majority of the staff. We got the "ill go check on your food" two times with no follow up. Then a third time when we told them we wanted to pay for our tab of drinks and leave. I got a fly in my water and wated 45 mins for a replacement after asking twice which when was served, it was presented with "where am i placing this down?" Then she left! When looking around the establishment, not many people had food, just drinks. There is enough places who have good customer service. I will say the two greeters at the front were apologetic. When requesting the manager, no one showed up! We were charged for our drinks. When the waitress came with the bills, the statement was "who's going first?!" with an attitude. Were they short on food? Going to be short on some customers.

  As a family who dines at Montana’s every week, it’s truly one of our favorite spots. From the delicious loaded pull-apart bread to the sizzling chicken fajitas and the always warm, welcoming atmosphere, Montana’s has become a staple in our weekly routine. I’d also love to give a HUGE shoutout to Melissa, who consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit feel special. She’s friendly, attentive, and our daughters absolutely adore her. Servers like Melissa are a big part of why we keep coming back. Thanks for being amazing Melissa!

  Tonight, was some of the worst service and unfortunately food I've seen in a while... We got our initial drinks quick, after that my party and I had to flag down 3 different people just so we could get our second drinks!! All night, nobody coming to check if we needed more drinks, and we just kept flagging people down all night for drinks. Clearly starting to get annoyed. I got a surf and turf, medium rare steak, that was completely, and I mean completely uncooked in the middle, I was so embarrassed by this I ate around the edges (where it was slightly more cooked) and I asked for a box to take the rest home, so I could flash cook it a on my own, but I was too embarrassed to say anything while I was there with my party. I mean it's a thick steak and I get it's hard to cook, but when I tell you this was rare in the middle, I mean the whole inside, completely uncooked. The lobster was some of the driest and unflavorful. It was the tiniest little piece of lobster. I mean at least bring out some butter. So disappointing as I was looking forward to a nice juicy lobster tail. One of my friends got a rack of ribs, and when they came out they told him they only had half a rack left him, so that's all they made for him on his plate... Now mind you, The wonderful woman from the back did compensate him for that. She was super nice. But now my other friend who got the surf and turf as well with the baked potato, didn't even get a baked potato with this meal, they forgot it! But he's such a nice guy he also didn't want to say anything. Every single one of us, were quite disappointed... All this just to say, that was some of the worst service that I have had in a very, very long time. What a disappointment tonight's dinner was.

  Did a phone order because it wouldn't process an online order. Tried to order a family combo didn't receive my chicken wings my pops or the deep fried dills. My kids just wanted the pickles and the chicken wings and didn't get either one really annoying and frustrating definitely not worth the money 💰 then they say we will send you a gift card to your email Just thought I would say it's been almost 2 weeks now and nothing has came of this such poor customer service ! They don't keep their word on sending you any reimbursement for missing items.

  I love Montanas. I used to be a server at Montanas years ago so I know how highly the company values the guest experience. So I was so disappointed at the complete lack of service I experienced this past Saturday evening. We had a 730 reservation and stood at the unattended hostess stand for a good 7 minutes without anyone coming to seat us so we just sat ourselves at a booth in the bar area. It took about 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence at the table let alone greet us or ask for a drink order. The bartender was training a new guy and the rookie was lovely and super attentive when he finally had a chance to come over. However the bartender never once even glanced our way. Once our drink order was finally taken, the drinks came out quickly but our food took at least 30 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t even half full. We kept seeing Uber Eats delivery people passing us time and again picking up orders and it seemed very much like those food orders were prioritized way above actual guests present in the restaurant. My nachos looked and tasted like they sat under the heat lamps in the expo area for at least 15 minutes too long but the wings we ordered were nice and fresh. Other than the trainee bartender, not a single server or manager acknowledged our existence. I’ve never been more let down by a restaurant that I normally love and that I know is usually committed to a high level of guest service but this was truly a disappointing and appalling dining experience.
