- KKKatherineNov 3, 20251.0i don’t ever write reviews but this is actually getting insane. me and my bf usually uber eats our food when we want to eat out, & this was what he got for a big mac. now i don’t know if someone took a bite of his patty before making his burger🤮🤮, or it just broke off on the grill but food shouldn’t be played with when you work in a kitchen. either way, any time we get food from this specific mc donald’s, there is always something wrong with our order.. missing fries, burgers, wrong drinks etc. yet it’s the closest food spot to us so it’s what we settle for. i don’t even think i’ve had the right order ONCE.

Very rude experience, won’t return as employees and business clearly don’t appreciate my business anyway. Gone are the days when employees say hello or “have a good day”…

I get that you are busy. And that’s a good thing. But volume shouldn’t sacrifice quality or quantity. Absolute rip off. Not sure what’s worse at this point… the Tim Hortons across the street or this McDonalds location. I guess it’s A&W from now on. What a shame as a loyal consumer of McDonald’s and this establishment.
