Went there yesterday for lunch and I must say the place was immaculate... I have never seen such a clean mcdonalds in my life. From the tables to the fountain counter and as far as I can see into the kitchen. I will definitely be going back. The food was nice and hot. The fires weren't overly salted.

I ordered from this location via Uber Eats spent $70 and was was sent fries and 2 drinks. All my food was missing from the order. How do you screw up this bad? Never ordering form them again.

Asked for two cheese burger meal no pickles or mustard. Had a shift trainer helping cashier so I know it was typed in correctly
Bite one pickles, bite the next no burger patty…
Rushing to get through orders and not doing it right the first time slows them down even more… employees they need someone older to guide these children
Edit my husband went in and they remade it he checked before he left both had no burger patty lol this is crazy I worked here as a teen when we had adults running it this stuff didn’t fly manager was not impressed but she’s a kid herself they don’t take her seriously

Maybe train your employees better. I used to work fast food and if I ever did what you pull here I’d be out of a job. Maybe don’t have your drive thru cash workers hiding from customers. I had a code for the $9.49 meal deal and I ordered a McDouble and a jr chicken. I realized right after I payed the total did not add up. I was hoping to get the cashier’s attention but she kept hiding behind the window. This is customer service honey, do better or go find another job. I also understand this is fast food and you need to be fast handing out orders… common sense tho to have your food edible. This McDonalds needs to reevaluate the health safety rules and review basic customer service. Management needs to do better.
