The staff at night drive thru is the most rude staff I have ever had in a drive thru. McDonald's need to address this, its going downhill fast.

Honestly no matter how many ppl are in Line 1 or 20 it takes forever to receive your food I have been to the keg which isn't fast food and have received my order faster. Fries always seem double cooked and darker then the normal

MacDonalds isnt as great as it used to be. I got a Big Mac combo. The burger was mushy with way to much sauce on it running down the sides of bun and the fries were cold. The root beer was enjoyable. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff. I won't be going back any time soon.

I went through the drive-through on December 13 around 11 PM when I went through the drive-through I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal along with a few other things after I got my order I looked in the bag and all the fries were all over the bottom of the bag so I proceeded to pull over to fix them when I pulled out my nugget box in the box. There was eight nuggets +2 small pieces of nuggets. I then proceeded to go back around and ask the manager if they could meet me at the first window as I had an issue with my food they rudely said you can pull up to the next window when there was a lineup in front of me when I had just waited 15 minutes for my food I was very upset when I got to the window. I asked them to look at my food and tell me what was wrong with it. She done rudely looked at the food and said well those pieces were supposed to be in the garbage, not in your box which really upset me to hear and our whole attitude towards me I always come to this location, and I am very upset that I was treated the way I was
