This location is not good for curb side pickups, I waited for 15 minutes after arrival no one delivered so I have to go inside and pick up. When I ask if the manager if curb side pickups are not available why don’t you turn it off in the system then she blamed me saying we didn’t knew you were here. I showed her the ticket on my package that showed the time of my arrival then she making excuses saying it was the ticket for my order. Please if the owner or manager sees this review please look into it.

Today, Nov 15, 2025 at around 5pm, we only ordered 3 coffees at the counter we've been waiting for 30minutes and our order was still not processed and i noticed that the lady manager at the time have deleted our qeue number at the screen so it prompted me to proceed at the pick up counter to follow it up. The lady manager told me that it is already being prepared so we still waited but after 10mins, it still not there. Since my daughter have been waiting all alone at stoney creek, i ended up refunding my money and so much frustrated. It just shows how incompetent the manager is. Would not recommend.

Staff was friendly. Used Drive Thru at 3:20am. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers meal and a coffee. Got home, missing a burger and the coffee was cold.

There was no gravy, no sauce for nuggets no ketchup, no napkins & no straws!

I went to this McDonald’s around 4:00 AM to pick up an Uber Eats order. The staff at the pickup window was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though my order bag was already ready and sitting right in front of him, he made me wait for almost 10 minutes doing nothing. When I politely asked about the order, he just closed the window on my face and completely ignored me. It was freezing cold outside (-1°C), and this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. McDonald’s should really train their night staff on how to treat customers and delivery drivers with basic respect. Very disappointing experience.
