  My family and I went there for Dinner. The Server had dropped a tray of drinks behind us. He soaked my moms coat, purse, and other belongings and there was no apology, there was no complimentary anything. I understand that accidents happen but there should be some way to make this up to a customer who has been a repeat customer.

  The womans bathroom had no hand soap. 1 of the stall locks were broken in the womans bathroom. there was paper towel all over the floor in the womans bathroom. it felt like there was something slippery on the floor. The table for 5 people was to small. The fountain drinks were watered down. The appetizers came out hotter then our dinner did.

  Placed a delivery order through the app Received only half my order tried to contact the location that it was delivered from. No answer reached out to the corporate number “ oh, I apologize for this inconvenience. I will place a ticket and someone’s the store will follow up, but it probably won’t be till tomorrow.” Unacceptable This has happened from this location to us previously and support from both his store or corporate was nonexistent. This was the last time. That I will be ordering anything from Kelsey’s and I will tell everyone that I know to do the same

  My husband and I always go to Kelsey’s. Not specifically this location but I always get the Balsamic Chicken. Today at this location it was not good. The chicken was way under cooked so I asked for a new one to be cooked longer. The manager came out and asked if I’d like anything else in the mean time I just asked for my side ceasar salad. He brought my salad and then proceeded to justify why the chicken looked and tasted different because they use IQF chicken. Didn’t really like that he tried to justify undercooked chicken. I cook chicken multiple times a week and never had my chicken came out undercooked. Anyways I got the new plate and it was 100% cooked normal. However a little disappointed that he didn’t come back out to apologize or offer a % off my meal. It took almost an extra 20 ish minutes to get my second plate and my husband was already done his meal. At that rate I wasn’t even hungry anymore. Will I go back here? Probably not.

  I would not recommend this location, 1 waitress running the whole floor( both sides), maybe 25 people. Waitress is rushed and therefore lacks customer service. Took over 10 minutes to even be noticed at the door, only to be told to wait another 5 minutes to be seated. The pop that we ordered was flat and took 20 minutes to order a different kind that was half flat. Definitely will never be returning to this location.
