  We had such a great experience on last night thanks to our server, Kate. She was incredibly attentive without ever hovering — the perfect balance. We never had to wait or ask for anything; she always seemed to know exactly when to check in. She made sure everything was great throughout our meal and that we had everything we needed. Her service truly made our night enjoyable. Highly recommend requesting Kate if you can!

  We chose this location because it was an easier option to get to. We had a party of 6 people and were celebrating a birthday. I brought my kids with me as I know how much they love dining at Kelsey's. It's usually a birthday spot for us but we usually go to your Paramount location. Being the first time visiting this location it was hands down the best service I've received. Our waitress Heather was a darling and very attentive to our table especially my kids. We ordered our drinks, then our food. It came out and but we were still waiting on my son's chicken wings. Almost instantly the manager Dominic came over to our table to ensure that we had our food. We mentioned to him that we were still waiting on the wings. He left and came back with a pound of wings that were not our order but wanted us to enjoy while we waited for our wings. I was shocked to see that kind gesture, and it was instant! He made it right and with a smile on his face. Our wing order came out and my son now had a variety of wings to enjoy. Dominic also comped the wings we ordered for the inconvenience. We appreciated the kind gesture, but it was the caliber of service we received from Dominic. His goal was to ensure that every diner there was enjoying their experience at Kelsey's and he did that without hesitation. We all said that after that meal and experience we would all come back because of the wonderful experience. Thank you Dominic and Heather for making our evening special!

  it was a busy wing night at peak hours, I wanted to take a minute to talk about someone that really stood out. We saw a gentleman constantly going to each table with a smile on his face, bussing tables and greeting each table with a level of care that sticks with you. I later went back to thank him and learned his name was Dom, but someone that has worked in this industry for a while, I can see this guy is special and a huge asset and we really appreciate the extra steps he took to ensure our 2 year old and all the surrounding guests felt comfortable and had a great time. He was a breath of fresh air, and as a family who carefully chooses where they go when they travel, we will make sure to go out of our way to revisit this location because of him. Thank you so much Dom for your genuine level of care. You are a huge difference maker.

  Unfortunately I just walked out with my 7 year old. I was really looking forward since I have only been to the Kelseys once a long time ago. I walked in and was happy thay immediately got a table. I saw it was busy and I really respect and understand food industry. I was ready to wait. What upset me is that a large group of ppl with a reserved table arrived 5-7 minutes after us and got immediately seen , drinks and order taken. I was still understanding because it's a large group and it takes longer. Then another couple sat next to our table and also got immediately seen. At this point my son amd I had our menus closed, knew what we wanted... 15 minutes since we sat. No one. We were completely invisible. I let one of the nice waitresses know before we left. She went to get the manager but I didnt want to cause a scene. Customers should all be considered important. A mother and a kid deserve customer service as much as a group of 10 or 2 adults. Hope you guys work on it.

  Went for dinner with my 5 year old son on Oct 25th, it was busy, took a while to be seated for some reason even though I could see a few empty tables. I understood that there was a big baseball game going on and it would be busy and things would take a bit longer, but that wasn't the issue. Our waitress came to take our drink order a few minutes after being seated but didn't let us actually order before she cut us off and attended to someone else. She came back a few minutes later and we were finally able to order, we waited a while for our food and she brought the wrong meal for my son so he had to wait again for the correct meal to arrive, she came back to the table to see if his meal had arrived but it hadn't. She had not come by to check on us even once or ask how everything was. At one point I took my son to the bathroom and it was very clear that someone had just thrown up in there as the smell was very strong. Should the waitress have come by or be anywhere to be found, I would have informed her. She eventually just came by with the bill and still had both kids meals on the bill, I pointed it out to her and she brought me a new one but overall, quite disappointed in this location. We were trying it after being disappointed with the service the last time a few years ago.
