  We came to have dinner this evening and we come to this location a few times. We were highly disappointed in the service tonight (Nov 21,2025). We ordered an APP and we didn't receive any cutlery or napkins or plates. We ordered food as well and still didn't have any cutlery. The server was to busy being on her cell phone and talking to the bar tender to even care. We had no choice but to ask for a manager and he was lovely and apologized and brought everything. Our server from that point on didn't ask if we needed our drinks refilled or if our food was ok. It's ok though we definitely did not leave a tip...we will still come back only because we know this is not typical behavior that we have seen just unusual tonight. Food is delicious and atmosphere is ok, but service tonight horrible. Thanks to the manager for his professionalism and taking over the table since our server apparently no longer wanted too 🤷🏾‍♀️ I do reviews on restaurants all over and they are viewed over 50,000 times so Kelsey server at Queenston location in Hamilton please do better or find a different job path cause customer service is not for you ;)

  On 11/21/25 it was certainly an unfortunate day, the service was terrible, the waiting staff were inattentive and barely acknowledged us, and were on their phones majority if the time, yes the manager did end up coming but it was too late and the night was ruined.

  WORSE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO HERE!! I would rate it 0 stars if possible! I recently dined at this restaurant and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. The wait was extremely long, even though the restaurant was not busy enough to justify it. When the food finally arrived, one of the dishes ordered was supposed to be chicken breast and ribs. What was served did not seem like real chicken at all — the texture was rubbery, stretchy, and almost impossible to cut. It did not taste like chicken and was honestly unpleasant and concerning to eat. We mentioned this immediately to our server, Sam, who was polite and tried to help. However, what was most disappointing was that the manager never came to speak with us despite the seriousness of the concern. Sam told us she would speak to the manager about adjusting the bill, but when the bill came, we were charged full price with no apology, explanation, or discount. Between the long wait, the concerning food quality, and lack of management response, this was my worst dining experience. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location based on how our situation was handled. Photo attached: The chicken I was served — texture was rubbery and not like normal chicken.

  The worst nachos!!!!!!!! No cheese, dry, and barely any toppings. It was awful, never again!!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I gladly would!!!! Edit: Giving it 3⭐️ instead of 1 as the manager reached out and made things right, which I appreciate!! I will be giving another shot, thank you again to the customer service team and Chris!!

  I've been to Kelseys many times. I always order the Chicken Fried Chicken. It's always come with broccoli as the seasonal veggie, but I always ask just incase. She said it did, but didn't tell me it was mixed veggies with a couple pieces of broccoli. I should probably say that I'm a very picky eater. When I got my plate and saw that there were peppers and onions touching my food I was totally grossed out. However, when I said something she offered to bring me something else. Also pretty sure they changed the chicken. It was spicier than usual. It should also be said that I have chosen Kelseys over other restaurants in the past specifically because their broccoli was the best I've ever had. Very disappointed this time around.
