  This was our second time dinning at Kelsey's and we will always make the 1 hour drive to eat here. Samantha Our waitress was absolutely outstanding, she was kind, friendly, and fast efficient service. The manager tonight i didn't get his name but he was awesome kind and made sure Our dinning experience was fantastic. We will be back. My husband and highly recommend visiting Kelseys restaurant. Ask for Samantha she is there every Saturday. Thank you Kelseys for a wonderful fast beautiful dinner.

  I generally like Kelseys for their food and value. However the last two times I've attempted to go to this location I've been denied a table for seemingly no good reason. The first was for a table of four 1-1.5 hours prior to closing because it was apparently too close to closing time. We asked if we could just purchase one beer each, and even offered to pay for them immediately, but were still told no. The second was last week for a table of six around 6:30pm. The restaurant was roughly 20% full at the time but I was told they could not accomodate us. I asked if that was because they had a large number of reservations coming in soon, which would have at least been reasonable, but was told no that was not the case they just couldn't serve us. I would understand the situation in these cases if they were more extreme: coming in 10 minutes before close or coming in with a group of 12 people without a reservation when the restaurant is busy. However in my cases I think it's quite simply baffling to be denied a table. Both times we were able to easily find another similar restaurant that were willing to provide service.

  Had such a great experience thanks to our waitress, Cherie! She was honestly amazing from start to finish—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. She checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her customers and enjoys what she does. She definitely made our visit even better. We’ll 100% be coming back and hoping to get her again! Highly recommend—thank you, Cherie!

  WOW! I cannot believe how amazing my time was. I have been to other Kelsey's before and honestly, I cant say that I was overly impressed.. I was going to be in the area and made time to go in with my family! - The food was so delish, and it was like being back at home with MY own parents! I have to say though... HUGE shout out to our server. Morgan? I believe her name was. She was so so sweet and so on the ball with us. We had a show to go to later and we didn't want to miss getting there early so she made it happen. I am also Gluten free and she was SO knowledgable about what was and wasn't GF and I greatly appreciate that huge - alot of people do not care and dont know what that can cause if I eat it... so BIG shout out to her!! Thank you!! if you ever see this!! Yay Kelseys!

  BAD FOOD BAD SERVICE, THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. I’ve never been this disappointed and disrespected before, I would give it a negative if I could. Had to wait at the door for a while until someone acknowledged us. The server took forever to greet us, her name on the receipt was Lex H, she has so much attitude, looked like she did not want to serve us, did not check on us once and was nowhere to be found during our time visit. Not sure why it took forever for wings to come out since it was not busy at all and after waiting forever my friend and I got our food cold, and on top of that there was hair in my food. I waited over 45 minutes for the server to check on us but she never did, so I had to walk over to the bar side to ask for the manager and the bartender said the manager is out running errands right now so I wasn’t able to speak to them and the bartender herself was not nice to me at all. On top of that my drink never came, and when we told the server about the hair in the food she said that she’ll give us a remake and take it off our bill but NOPE THAT WAS A LIE because she still brought me the bill and expect me to pay even though those wings made me lost my appetite and I barely touched it. I then asked to speak to the manager again but not sure why the bartender came over, she then proceeded to say what’s the problem now and I asked why do I have to pay for something I didn’t even ate when the server said she’ll take it off the bill, there was a buy back and forth so I told her I don’t want the wings anymore just take it back. There were also only 10 remake wings when I ordered 15 wings. Honestly not sure why everyone was so rude and has an attitude there even though THEY were in the wrong, all I wanted was just a good meal to catch up with my friend. Thought the manager or the owner should know how their store is doing.
