  This Harvey location was very efficient regarding their drive thru. Minimal wait compared to other locations. Food was great and staff friendly.

  I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Especially this guy called othniel, if am not mistaken. Definitely coming back. We need more people like him, in other job sectors

  Remember the Harvey's slogan of making your hamburger a beautiful thing? Not at this location. This location is always dirty. What I mean is that there is always food, crumbs, spilled liquids/condiments, grease, used napkins, or garbage on the tables, seating, and floor. I'm vegetarian and when I've come here, I've always had the veggie burger, and perhaps fries or rarely onion rings. The fries and onion rings are fried in a separate fryer, but the other items are not, so be advised. The veggie burger, especially lately, is really 'chewy,' reminding me of rubber rather than a veggie burger. It was always bland, dry, and pretty much flavourless except for the charring, if that can be called flavouring. No amount of toppings, condiments, or drinks helps with that. I've also noticed that some of the condiments seemed watered down or had less flavour and consistency then usual. This was mainly for the chipotle and garlic mayo. The dips like the honey mustard were also disappointing. The small round dip containers were filled to just under half and were watery or very liquid that it wouldn't really stick on the item you were dipping. The fries are also bland are pretty disappointing. They smell of peanut or some nut/seed oil and taste like store bought fries. Today I had drive thru. Regular order of veggie burger with a multigrain bun, lettuce, pickles, garlic mayo, and chipotle. Seemed that there was a shortage on lettuce because there were only a couple of small pieces of shredded lettuce that was turning red. The small amount of sauces were absorbed by the bun leaving drier than normal. Only flavour was the charring and pickles. The pickles were funky in flavour, hard edges in some parts and mushy in other parts. That brings up another issue with this place, that the ingredients don't always look fresh, with lettuce turning red, really mushy tomatoes (and other toppins), and fries having some black spots. The service also leaves something to be desired, regardless if you eat in or get take out. The cashiers for the most part act as if you're wasting their time by ordering and that they're doing you a favour by taking your order. It's also annoying being made to repeat what you're ordering because the other person doesn't understand. Once, sure, twice okay, but three or four times, and it's really annoying, especially when the cashier or employee preparing the burger is really young. When creating the burgers, they can add too little or too much of something, or sometimes go for the wrong ingredients. The hygiene of the cashiers/food preparators is also questionable, at least at times. I appreciate when an employee offers to make my veggie burger first before making the meat burger of the person I'm with. Many times though, that doesn't happen. Not the end of the world I suppose, but the cross contamination could be for someone who has food intolerances or allergies. The same gloves are used for many activities and ingredients, and same with the tongs. On one occasion, I came here with someone and we ordered a veggie burger and an angus. Was told the veggie burger would be a bit and asked us if we wanted to wait to have our burgers made at the same time or if we wanted the angus made first then the veggie burger. The person I was with had told the older employee that we wanted to wait but she already started making his burger. Then the same female employee came around the place (empty except for us), looking at our table and us, not asking anything and taking her time to walk away. Another time, I asked for a small container with some mustard to have for dipping the fries, and the younger female employee was pretty disgruntled and said there are condiments bags I can use there (show me where, as there was only ketchup near the drinks). She then stomped away and got me a couple of small mustard condiment bags(?) and acted like I should be greatful. Avoid this location like the plague! 0/5
