I would like to share a positive experience I had today near about 10am at the McDonald’s drive-thru. I was coming from Tim Hortons and honestly wasn’t in a great mood because of a rude interaction with their staff. But after having a bad coffee from tim!!!When I reached the McDonald’s window, the young girl who helped me completely changed my mood. She treated me with so much respect, spoke kindly and smiled !!!!! Her positive attitude and great smile truly meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to read her full name, but I believe it started with the letter “K.” She was wearing a regular uniform with a name tag and having a long braid..If she ever reads this, I just want her to know that she is a wonderful person. Her customer service is outstanding, and she genuinely made my day better. God bless you girl!! Always Keep smiling like that!!!!

Absolutely disgusted, was dining in with my partner observing the kitchen and front end reminiscing of our younger days working here. When we observed not one but 2 managers watch an employee talking on his phone while handling bread product. I'm guessing cross contamination and safe food handling isn't a thing anymore? Last I checked your phone is just as dirty as a public toilet seat if not worse. We threw out our meals and proceeded elsewhere for something to eat... (Also note no hand washing took place or gloves used after the phone usage)

I visited this McDonald’s on Saturday evening and I had a really great experience thanks to the employee working at the drive-thru window. Her name started with K (I think it might be Kamal, but I’m not completely sure). But i saw her at the window so many times.
She was extremely humble, polite, and respectful, and honestly one of the most sweet employees I’ve ever interacted with here. She greeted me kindly, listened carefully, and made sure my order was completely correct. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit much better.
Employees like her truly make a difference and reflect very well on the restaurant. I hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

I drove up' to the drive-thru on a snowy December morning. A very loud voice comes through the speaker. The tone is not unkind, but not too welcoming either. I place my order. I don't hear a please or thank you but am instructed to drive to the second window. It's cold outside. I open my window. The person behind the window, he seemed to be a manager of some sort as he is dressed in his "fancy" shirt with his "fancy" metal name tag. What is not so fancy was the fact that he was leaning his backside against the till focused on his cell phone. I am literally waiting almost 30 seconds before I gently honk my horn to state my presence. He still makes no acknowledgement. I gently honk again and he finally looks up from his phone as though I interrupted the most important thing he has ever done in his life. I felt like an intruder and he acknowledged me like I was a nuisance. I politely asked him why he was on his cell phone instead of acknowledging his customer but he didn't have anything to say to that. I miss McDonald's of the olden days. The counters were filled with many tills. During busy rush times there would be food runners at the tills and you would get a nice accurate order within a minute or so. It was wonderful! I'm sad.
