    I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Mellissa during my recent takeout visit at McDonald’s. I picked up a packed straw for my Pepsi, and when I realized I didn’t need it, I put it back. Instead of handling the situation politely, she spoke to me very rudely and said, “Do you know which one you picked? Now we have to throw all of these out.” The straws were fully sealed and sanitary, so her reaction felt unnecessary and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect staff to communicate politely, not make me feel uncomfortable or judged. Her tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional, and it made me feel singled out. Employees working in customer service should know how to speak respectfully and treat customers fairly. I hope management provides proper training so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s branch. I ordered a mocha using the kiosk, but the printer had no paper, so I had to go to the cashier to get my order number. I then waited about 20 minutes at the pickup area with no updates. Eventually, someone asked for my order and told me it would be ready soon. Another 10 minutes passed, so I went to the counter again — and only then did the staff member go to the back and bring out my drink. It felt like if I hadn’t asked again, I would’ve been waiting even longer. What makes this worse is that I come here about once a month, and every 4–5 visits the kiosk printer has no paper — and every time that happens, the order ends up being delayed. Really frustrating and very poor service.

    Restaurant is kept extremely dirty. Even when there are few customers in the store. It's gone downhill in the last few years.

    They suck at their jobs. Got my order completely wrong and it took close to twenty minutes to get my order as I watched 6 people get their food, even though they ordered after I did.
