- CRCaitlyn de RouxMar 8, 20261.0We arrived and waited 10 minutes for a server to even come take our drink order. The server was so rude when she took my id because it wasn’t a drivers license. The food was not good, there were double the fries on one plate compared to the other, and apparently their mild sauce is just Franks red hot, which would have been fine if there was any ceaser dressing on the wrap. All of the staff also allowed a large group of girls to record TikTok dances in the entry way of the restaurant, making it very difficult to leave because you either waited the 10 minutes for them to be done, or were recorded in the video. Horrible experience all around and no apologies or consideration for any of it. If you’re going to Kelsey’s in Guelph, go to the other location.
