  I’ve noticed the professionalism at this location slipping a bit, and I think it’s something worth addressing. It would really help if management and staff could review this together and tighten up a few areas. A little more attention to how orders are taken — slowly, clearly, and with care — would make a noticeable difference in the overall experience. Hopefully I’ll be able to take this review down later.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Harvey’s knocked it out of the park I went to Harvey’s recently and honestly? They did amazing. My order was fresh, hot, and put together perfectly. The toppings were exactly how I asked — generous, balanced, and actually placed with care instead of being thrown on. The staff were friendly and patient, and the service was quick even though it was busy. The whole place looked clean and well-kept, and everything tasted way better than your average fast-food stop. If every Harvey’s ran like this one, I’d be there way too often. Definitely worth the visit.

  literally went through the drive thru, explained with clairity what i wanted to order (2 angus meals, bacon and cheese on both. everything, no hot peppers. dr. pepper to drink, no ice). they only added cheese to ONE of the burgers, no bacon, and there was ice in both drinks (not that it's an issue, but it's my 'brown m&m clause' test when ordering take out) which means that i wasn't being heard or recieved clearly enough. the only reason i return to this establishment is that i don't want to drive all the way to hamilton or st. catherine's for a burger. their game has truely fallen to the way side over the years

  Really disappointed with our experience at Harvey’s today. We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but when we arrived, they said it wasn’t ready even though we could clearly see our bag sitting on the counter. We waited around 20 minutes, and eventually they handed us the same bag that had been sitting there the whole time. We mentioned that it had been sitting out and was probably cold, and the staff member had a really dismissive attitude, saying, “Do you want me to remake it?” in a pretty rude tone. We decided to just take it and leave, but when we got home, the burgers were completely wrong and honestly a mess. Really disappointing experience overall. We usually enjoy Harvey’s, but this visit was a letdown from start to finish.

  I think this location could benefit from some improvements in staff training and overall service consistency. The order-taking process felt a bit unorganized, and there’s room for more attentiveness when interacting with customers. Food quality and presentation could also use a little more care — small details make a big difference. Harvey’s is known for a higher standard, and I believe with a bit more focus and pride in the work, this location can easily reach that level.
