  Decaf Coffee tastes watered down as of late. Doesn’t matter how much milk or no milk is put in. Been this way at least the past month. Noticed the same thing at other local locations. Do better McDonald’s.

  Today, I was travelling from Hensall to London and stopped at McDonald’s Exeter after placing a mobile order. I arrived about 10 minutes later, but my order (one burger and one coffee) was still not ready. I tried to ask the staff three times for an update, but they did not provide any clear response and only said it was “being prepared.” The staff did not seem attentive, and communication was very poor. My daughter suggested that we cancel the order and buy food in London, but we decided to wait. After waiting 30 minutes in total, we finally received our order. During this time, the staff were laughing and talking among themselves instead of focusing on customer service. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience due to the long wait and lack of customer service. I would not recommend McDonald’s Exeter based on this visit.

  Nazareth gave us 10/10 services. She was kind and patient everything you expect out of a drive through attendant. Amazing customer service! Would come back just for the vibes and welcoming demeanour!

  McDonald’s is actually doing pretty well in my opinion. They have mostly English speaking/very well spoken employees that get your orders dead on every time I’ve ever been & service is as quick as always been since the 50’s. Lots of options for a fast food restaurant with new menu items & sponsorship meals. Going inside the building, it’s clean & tidy but simply just BLAND. No personality. Overall building feel & aesthetics feel horribly corporal and it doesn’t much remind one of a fun McDonalds like it once used to when we were kids. Seating too is not the greatest.. Not even gonna lie, the seats feel like they purchased them from a prison cafeteria. Hard as a rock.. But honestly can’t blame them, the little ones probably ruin soft seats really fast over time. It is noisy from children during the day but it would be wrong of us to complain about that because we were those kids at one point in our lives too. But overall the service is actually really good and they get the job done so I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Actually pretty impressed with McDonalds and would recommend them over Wendy’s at this point in time.. Better luck next time, Wendy’s 😂
