I am really upset with one of the manager who works here. He speaks in his native language at work! This should be strictly prohibited while working for a famous franchise and having other coworkers who doesn’t understand what he is communicating! Also, come of the customers might also get upset thinking that he is picking on other employees. I would like to inform this matter to the management and have a strict action taken. At workplace keep it professional and talk in English and when they are done with work. They can talk in Filipino or their mother tongue. Please, hire someone better Mac Donald’s.

I’ve ordered many times from you guys and somehow every single time my order is wrong. I ask for milk instead of cream I get cream. I ask for no tomato’s I get tomatoes. I ask for dipping sauce I get none. It makes zero sense to me how you guys can’t make a simple order
