Terrible service. The person greeting us seemed annoyed to be hosting. The server came over at a normal amount of time and got drink and app orders. Those came relatively quick. Then it all fell apart.
Once apps came, she wasn’t even going to take our meal orders, we had to prompt. Those orders were taken, and food came shortly after. That’s virtually the last we heard from the server. Never came over for drink refills. I never got to tell her my fries were forgotten. By the time we finished eating, it was a good 30 minutes before she came back. It was my son’s bday, so of course he had to have desert. She didn’t even ask if we wanted desert, we had to prompt. Again, no drink refills offered.
It was another 15 minutes or so and I had to flag her down to get our bill.
Of course I had been to plenty of Montana’s over the years and this was by far the worst service. It wasn’t even that busy. We just felt like we were a nuisance.

We went to take advantage of a deal through CAA so the place was really packed, with many people waiting to be seated. Because of our reservation we were seated fairly quickly. Our server Shkurta was friendly, and despite the pressure was welcoming and attentive. She took our orders and came back several times to be sure we were happy. I was surprised at how fast our food was ready when there were so many patrons. Quality of the food was great too. Another server also checked to be sure we didn’t need anything else. I haven’t been here in years, but will be going back.
Obviously a well organized and run restaurant.

We had our corporate New Year’s team meal at Burlington Montana’s this past Monday, and they truly blew us away. From the moment we made our reservation, their team was welcoming and incredibly hospitable. They went above and beyond, not only providing great food but genuinely celebrating our team and taking the time to connect with us. It honestly felt like gathering with old friends.Thank you so much to the entire Montana’s Burlington team. From ours to yours, we can’t wait to do it again. And seriously—get the antojitos. They are amazing!

Came in for New Year’s Eve with the family and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a more horrible service at a restaurant before. It took almost 25 minutes once we were seated for someone to come and serve us water. They took another 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Food came out after 1 hour and when it did come out, some of the food plates were super cold so we knew it was just sitting there for a while. When the food came out, they forgot to give cutlery so we had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to get us basic things such as forks spoon and knife. No one came to check on us after the gave the food and it took almost 45 minutes after we were done eating for us to receive the check. I don’t know if it was just a bad day or something but this kind of service was disgraceful and I don’t think I’ll ever come back or recommend this location to anyone.

Came in yesterday with my boyfriend, left extremely disappointed and upset.
It started when we walked in, the hostest had the most unenthusiastic "hi... how are you 😒"
We waited an hour for our food, which is ridiculous in an empty resturant for a mac and some chicken strips.
Not to mention people that had arrived after us recived their food first??
After our food had arrived the chicken was barley warm and fries were cold on my plate. My boyfriends fries were hot and clearly just made, or not left to sit like mine were.
Waited for like 25 minutes after finishing our meal before someone came over to check on us again for a dessert menu. Waiter was negligent. Skillet cookie was alright: good cookie, bad ice cream.
Bill was a whopping 66 bones. It was not worth a dime.
No apologies for the bad service or cold food were offered at all.
In the end after paying the waiter touched my arm. I'm sorry do I know you?
While it may be intended as a kind gesture, I was upset I didn't say anything in the moment. Point is: DO NOT TOUCH STRANGERS. WEIRD, WEIRD.
Will never be returning and will tell everyone I can what an awful experience it was.
