The hiring practices over the past 2 years no longer seem merit-based or performance-driven, but instead centred around personal relationships, resulting in a noticeable drop in professionalism. I was also very alarmed when waiting for my order, observing a staff member scratching under their clothes and adjusting undergarments before handling food without any hand hygiene. This is completely unacceptable and poses serious health concerns. Management absolutely needs to refocus on fair hiring practices, proper training, and strict food safety standards if they value their customers.
