- AAAndrew3 days ago1.0Came in on a Friday evening and the restaurant wasn't busy. Surprisingly the service was slow and inefficient... for what it's worth, the food I ordered tasted great. The waitress never even bothered to come by to ask how my meal was. The wait / bartending staff that were working that evening were all in their 20s lacking any sort of manners or people skills. The men's washroom was disgusting with the garbage overflowing of used paper towels sky high. The overall experience was very third world and the management of this location should be ashamed of themselves! I'm embarrassed for them considering that it's Burlington.

We waited 10 minutes to be seated, and when no one acknowledged us ( they were NOT busy ), we left. Staff looked at us, but no one smiled or said they'd be right with us. NOT interested. We went to Boston Pizza instead. Shame on the staff and management. Totally unacceptable service. We're NOT coming back, and we're telling friends and family to do the same.

From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming — especially from our amazing hostess, Danielle, who set the tone for a great lunch. She recommended the spinach dip to start, and it was absolutely delicious — creamy and perfectly seasoned. For our mains, we tried the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and the Steak & Swiss Sandwich, and both were flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Thanks to Danielle and the tasty meal, this visit such a pleasant surprise. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
