So I went to the king George location around 2:03pm to get new ones and asked for replacement. The girl in the drive through said they can’t do it since it’s not the same owner as the colborne one. I asked for her name and she refused to give her name. I’ve never had this happen where I ask for a replacement at any store and they refuse especially if it’s the same franchise just different location. Very disappointing.
