- KCkayla cooper1 day ago1.0this is probably the WORST mcdonald’s in brantford. i quite literally stopped using skip because it’s the only thing that delivers mcdonald’s to my house and the only choice is this one… every single time the fries are half empty, missing items, or your order just straight up gets cancelled for no reason. going to the store isn’t any better, when they had the pickle sandwich - stopped for an easy fix for dinner as everyone in the house worked all day no pickles on our pickle chicken sandwich 🙄 the staff fight with you when you try to have your orders corrected, today sent me over the edge though :/ when paying 50 cents for a sauce.. one would expect more than this. i’ve given so many chances, kept being positive and going back hoping maybe it was just a bad day but it’s now been 10 years of living in the area and trying again and it just gets worse.

Entire meal was garbage. People don't wear gloves. One person took money no gloves didn't wash hands then went messed around with food while touching his nose almost picking it. What is with these places. They need to clean more, make sure orders are fresh and accurate. Wear gloves. Don't touch ur hair or face etc while touching others food. Don't touch money then food. All these places have gone downhill they over charge for garbage food .
