  just wanted to say that i hate the interior since the renovations. the old seating was way better and i loved coming here after my kids swimming lessons with my parents. now, there is barely any seating and it’s always freezing cold. the old layout was warm and inviting. i loved it 😔

  Worst McDonalds ever, sat parked for over 30mins for a quarter pounder meal. There were over 20 other people parked, went into ask what was going on (as several other people were doing) manager told us to go back and wait in our cars. As I was leaving he stated that if anyone asked for the manager tell them no and that they weren't answering the phone because it was everyone waiting. Here's an idea if you cant keep up with orders stop taking them! I helped you out this time by dragging the orange barrier across the drive thru. Horrible customer service and food that was cold when it finally arrived......

  25min and counting for the drive thru... Should've just gone to Kelsey's Update: 35min and still counting Final Update: 43 minutes and the food had been sitting in the drive thru window for 20. Cold and soggy food. Fought back on remaking it. I'll never go back to this McDonald's again, not that I ever go to any of their restaurants, it usually ends in disappointment and stale or soggy food.

  Honestly, I try to avoid giving bad ratings, and looking at the score of this McDonald’s it’s pretty clear management isn’t checking this… but I feel like it’s still worth reviewing. If you’re ordering from this spot, do it in the day, where at least it meets the substandard expected of a McDonalds. If you’re ordering past 9pm though? Just save your money and order somewhere else. Consistently this place forgets to put straws in the bag, or nugget sauce when you order nuggets. These are the basic things that are really too simple to be regularly missed. Cold food and horrible fries are the norm at this location. Sometimes your uber or skip order is basically inedible by the time it gets to you. If you are ownership and you are reading this… Do better guys… I really don’t have high expectations for a McDonald’s and you are still so far below my expectations that it’s sad. You spent all this money on renovations, spend some getting competent managers and staff who care to do their job.

  Decided to go into McDonalds and dine in. Experience was horrible. Girl behind till took my order at 10:05am and was very pleasant. After ordering it all went down hill. I went back up at 10:25 to say I had not received my food yet and another girl told me they were very backed up and working thru the orders and should have food soon. At 10:40 I again went back up and spoke with another girl and told her I wanted to cancel my order as I still had not received my food. She went and checked and said we'll your order is sitting here waiting for drinks to be poured and dis I still want my order or my money refunded. Told her I would take the order but was very frustrated and not happy with the service. As I was waiting for my food there were about 4 customers who were in the same boat and they got refunds. McDonalds is suppose to be fast food and fast service but this place is not. This is not the first time I have encountered similar things with this establishment. Before I was leaving decided to use washroom which was totally unacceptable and unable to use as there was feces all over the one toilet and up wall and urine on the other toilet. Needless to say I had to go somewhere else to use there facilities. I will never go back to this location and will be telling my friends to avoid this location as well. Where is management and why are they not doing their job. The young staff should not have to put up with people's abuse because they are unhappy and did not get either their food or wrong orders. Totally not acceptable.
