    Thought I'd give them another try since they rarely ever make coffee or get orders right. Well today was absolutely no different. Ordered 2 triple triples and this is what I got. Yes I should've checked before driving off but the worker should have checked before handing the coffee over since it's their responsibility as an employee to ensure correct orders. Last time I will be using this McDonald's

    Worst customer experience EVER! We took a drive-thru order just now, (11:40pm October 13th) and i mentioned the exact time here coz i want the manager to check employee record for this time and hold this crew member accountable. The girl at the drive-thru was extremely hostile, rude and was talking in a very passive aggressive tone! Highly unprofessional! Even when i asked her name politely, she rudely snapped at me saying “why do you want to know? Sorry i won’t tell you my name”. What kind of a bulshit behaviour is this?? What happened to McDonalds customer service standards?? Very unpleasant experience! I felt like she wanted to throw the food in my face. Such a rude person! Please management get this girl in line. Thanks
