- RWRyan White1 day ago5.0Nice dine in experience tonight at Swiss Chalet, as can be expected with this classic Canadian restaurant chain! We love the festive dinner! Lots of seating, staff were friendly and professional. Sometimes, a robot will bring you your food. I'm not sure if you're supposed to take it, or let a server plate it for you. They have a distinct entrance for takeout & delivery. Bathrooms were decent.

It was awful both the meals was cold, my husband was there in good time and we only live five minutes from the one on Bayfield St. Barrie. This particular Swiss Chalet is terrible I will never go back there again. The ribs were awful I can make better ribs at home.
- TCTrident Contracting Corp.6 days ago1.0I brought my kids before their tennis lesson- we waited 45 Mins- the food never came- asked waitress where food was- was told didnt have pizza for kids after 45 Mins waiting- had to have my food put in to go bags- people whi arrived after me got their food first- then i was charged in full- My daughter wasnt given her full Meal- And they had to eat in the car before they went to their lesson- place was a joke. Not to mention was cold after everything.
- LCLaura CalderoneNov 9, 20252.0Service was soooooo slow, I have never stayed at a swiss chalet that long, o had the vegetable pot pie ut was hot and it was good the fries were like warm and all the small bits they brought me a plate of fries they were colder than on my plate I had to find someone to get myself another pop . Won't be back anytime soon really to bad oh everytime someone went by no one picked up our finished plates stayed on the table the whole time till finally we left.
- GSGina SNov 6, 20255.0I placed an order online for pick up at the take out counter. When I arrived, I asked Jakki if she could change my side from fries to mashed potato, she agreed immediately. When I got home, I opened the bag to see that I didn't get fries or mashed potato. I called in, and we worked it out that I would go back with my food, and Swiss Chalet would provide me with a new hot fresh order and ensure that I got my mashed potatoes this time. Jakki also made sure to add the delicious little mini donuts I had inquired about when I arrived the first time. Kudos to Jakki for her excellent customer service! I am home, happy, full of good food, and enjoying my mini donuts! Thank you Jakki, you made my night with your awesomeness! (Give that girl a promotion/raise!)
