We haven’t been here in a while because of this but the customer service is so bad. Mostly teenagers work here, they always mess up our order and take forever so the amount of cars waiting for orders is ridiculous and blocks the exit for those not waiting.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The girl at the counter served me with a very rude attitude. When she handed me the straw, she threw it carelessly, and it fell on the floor. She didn’t even bother to call out the order number properly, leaving customers confused. The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn’t expect such poor service from a brand like McDonald’s. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I definitely would. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.
