Possibly one of the worst McD’s around. Orders are consistently wrong, vagrants sleep in the bathroom stalls, the place is a mess, and staff are tragically disorganized and miss managed. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve been to a fast food restaurant where staff go so far out of their way to show customers how little they care. It seems like a miserable place to work.

I ordered food from this location and paid for the order, delivery fee, and tip. The food was wrong, incomplete, and we also found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable.
When I called to report the issue, they hung up on me. I was then forced to drive at 11:30 PM in the snow to the restaurant myself. When I arrived, the staff were extremely rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake, they told me to “contact Skip” and said it was not their problem.
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Finding hair in food is a serious hygiene issue, and the way this location handled it shows a total lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

I am sad that I have to write this because the rest of the staff is amazing, but I had an experience with “Sasha” who refused to serve my girlfriend and I the cookies that we normally very happily receive from this location.
There are likely several employees at this restaurant who could confirm the guy and the girl that come between 2-5am and order 10 chocolate chip cookies and 2 brownies, really like their cookies.
We have NEVER had an issue, and it has always been a more than pleasant experience to preface the delicious cookies.
We really like the cookies, and have grown fond of the people that normally serve them to us because they seem to understand how delicious the cookies are.
Sasha (if that is her real name), without hesitation stripped us of the joy associated with our frequent food endeavour.
She was incredibly rude,
She lied about not having cookies to make,
Lied about reasons why she couldn’t make them;
There was a cookie paradox that she was caught in that ultimately lead to the exposure that she simply just didn’t want to make the cookies.
We ended up driving to another McDonald’s to obtain our cookies,
Drove BACK to inform Sasha that we obtained the cookies,
And coincidentally enough we were approached by another unfortunate patron who proceeded to ask US if we were having a terrible time with the lady in the drive through as well.
And then upon coming here to make this review I am reading what I can only assume are reviews left for her poor, cookie-hating attitude from over 4 months ago.
In conclusion,
We got our cookies despite Sasha’s efforts to ruin our night.
I would like to make it clear that each and every other employee we have dealt with has been stellar, and have become regular parts of our evenings.
This review is left for Sasha alone,
The Cookie Monster that doesn’t like to make cookies.
