    I do not frequently dine at McDonald's. I was interested in sampling the new crispy chicken pickle sandwich. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I placed my order until I received it, I was asked to advance and await my order. After a period of 15 minutes, my order was presented to me on three separate occasions. Ultimately, the third attempt proved to be correct. The bun was dry and appeared to be over-toasted, the chicken was cold, there were very few pickles, next to no lettuce (wilted-brown) and very little sauce was included. Based on local reports, this particular location has a rather poor reputation. Please refer to the accompanying photograph; the red arrow highlights a single crispy pickle. The order also included two Jr Crispy McChicken wraps, which were unfortunately cold and dry with very little sauce. We also received one large and one extra-large fry, both of which were cold and greasy. Additionally, there was a small and a medium iced tea. Regrettably, I do not have a receipt or order number as one was not provided in the bag, preventing me from posting a photo. I attempted to contact this location twice by phone, but there was no answer, and I was unable to leave a message. If management happens to read this review, I would be grateful for a contact number for the owner of this establishment, as they should be made aware of the current operational standards. The experience was unsatisfactory and, in my opinion, unacceptable for their customers.

    I get coffee every day on my way to work from the drive-thru. Jennifer and Pia are very efficient and pleasant. Thanks to them this location is my favorite place to get coffee in the morning.

    This is the McDonald’s near my home, and I usually come here several times a week. It’s been like this for years. This morning, I placed a Mobile Order and chose Pick up from the driveway. When I arrived, I hadn’t even reached the first payment window yet — the pickup truck in front of me had already finished paying, but the back of its truck bed was still next to the payment window. My car was at least one meter away from the window, so I couldn’t pull up yet. Then, the white female staff leaned her head out and asked me from a distance, “Are you a mobile order?” I said yes. After a second, she leaned out again and said, “You know Mobile Orders also need to let me know, right?” I replied, “I know. The car in front of me hasn’t moved yet. I haven’t reached the window. This isn’t my first time doing a Mobile Order.” She didn’t say anything after that and just went back inside. The whole situation was very strange, and her attitude felt unnecessarily rude. I don’t know if she was in a bad mood today or just wasn’t thinking clearly, but it was not normal behavior. On the other hand, the guy at the pickup window was very nice and polite. I just think — early in the morning, please don’t spread negative energy to customers for no reason. The young man at the pickup window deserves a thumbs-up, but the lady at the payment window really needs to pay attention to her attitude and mental state.

    This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional both in person/drive thru AND delivery apps especially on Skip the Dishes. On Skip the dishes, they are CONSTANTLY cancelling last minute with no reason at all AFTER they themselves confirmed your order and make you wait 30 minutes or more for it. So unprofessional. It has happened to me more than 10 times now and i'm finally deciding to write a review because it's so ridiculous. DON'T confirm the order if you're not going to follow through with it and cause inconveniences for your customers like what the heck. Who are you even hiring, that's this unprofessional? Not to mention how incompetent so many of your workers are to do the simplest tasks in drive thru. How do you always mess up orders? I've worked at mcdonalds and its not a hard job in terms of making the food and placing orders. It is hard in terms of physical labor (walking, cleaning etc) but task wise it's so easy! Ridiculous location.
