The gentleman at the window spoke little to no English. My order was incorrect so I had to go back through the drive through then they failed to actually put the lids on my drinks so they ended up all over my Vehicle. The person at the window just stared at me while the drink I was just handed poured out everywhere. I would give them zero stars if I could. It was an awful experience. I don't understand why it has to be so hard.

I live around the corner from this McDonald’s, They always forget something. Super annoying. I suggest the gm train their folks better!

Didn’t get any my monopoly pieces I paid for over 20 dollars worth. Only reason I went to McDonald’s. Sad day in the neighborhood

Every morning that I order ahead on the mobile app and im talking 15 min ahead, I still have to wait 10 min in the reserved parking. Ordering ahead is a joke

Ordered meals at kiosk, then the food came out short of two items and the wrong drink. Employees were trying to remedy the situation but manager hesitated questioning her own staff. She couldn’t even read the receipt correctly.
Wrong or missed orders can happen anywhere, but managers are supposed to identify the issue and address it quickly. Very disappointing!
