This McDonalds has been the best, most consistently accurate with their food I have found in OKC. It has almost always been hot and fresh every time, and everything is in the bag. Other than the monotoned employees and their nonchalant attitude, this place seems to operate well. Let me also preface, I almost always place my order through the app and use my code in the drive through. Today, I ordered a 10 piece nuggets, (2) hot mustards, a med fries, and a vanilla iced coffee. I pull in and everything goes as normal as monotoned is, but when I got my food, I realized they also had a buffalo sauce I wanted to try. So I asked “could I try one of the buffalo dipping sauces?” She said “that’ll be 76c!” Now listen, I never ask for extra sauce and if I do, it’s because they never put ketchup in the bag unless you ask, but 76c for a tiny sauce cube that’s not even 1oz!? (It’s .84oz) That’s absolutely ridiculous when I can go to Walmart and buy a bottle for .20c and oz! I’m all about making money but that’s just wild. I just want to be clear, I wasn’t asking for a handful. I just asked to try 1! I’m not saying I won’t be back, I’ll definitely avoid asking for extra (which I’m sure they like that), and I’ll be keeping a bottle of sauce at my desk at work from now on apparently. 😅
