So im sick and tired of these rude , belligerent and incompetent employees , so I told them from the start I have a spilt payment this is at 5:40am in the morning today, I get to the window the Hispanic lady didn’t understand anything I was saying because she didn’t listen the first time, and sweet baby Jesus the manager was as slow as the employee they kelp running my card for the full amount and I just said screw it so not only was I late for work but I didn’t receive my food either!!! If you are so unhappy at your job please do not work in public relations.

In the morning on the drive-thru they are very unorganized I've been made late twice. The first time apparently there was only one person there and he looked like he was going to fall asleep and I was the only car there he asked me my order several times. The second time they were really slow. The car behind me decided to leave. If I would not have already paid through the app I would have drove off to. When I got up to the window they asked me what I had ordered and I had to tell them like three times. And I was told that my order was given to someone else. The gentleman said that he was training someone. Well that should not cause all the problems. Because they're supposed to be watching you do the job properly. I was late to work both times because of this. They are very unorganized and don't seem to know what they are doing

Very rude staff. They got my order wrong and even charged me for someone else’s order. When I came inside to fix it, the employees acted like I was clueless and said I must have ordered somewhere else even though I had just come from their drive-thru. It took a while before anyone came to help, and when they finally did, they were rude and unhelpful. They had my order the whole time, and when I finally got it, the food was cold. Terrible experience overall
