The cashier was having trouble with language barriers on an order while the manager was clueless sitting in the lobby. I finally asked and the cook from the ba k helped me. The counter person didn't even acknowledge me. I come here once a week to get a fliet of fish for my ninety year old father and every time we order its wrong. One filet o fish One hamburger Not even complicated or special and never get it right.

It took 29 minutes to get through the drive thru and drive away. Both windows were having trouble with matching cars and orders. Order was correct thank goodness but coffee was warm and one of the burgers was a complete wreck with sauce. I did go inside to use the restroom and cleanliness was not great. I hate giving bad reviews but would recommend using a different location if possible.

They weren’t very busy and every table had not been wiped down. Food was ready pretty quick though.
