I order food for myself and then ask them to just double it for my brother. I pay and come to the next window. They hand me my food (which should be two of everything) and leave, I sit there just waiting for her to come back (missing a drink and a hashbrown but all we care about is the hashbrown) so all that it would take to make it right is a hash down, but instead she runs to the back to verify I’m not trying to steal a hashbrown.. and then she comes back and explains they did my order wrong.. and she wants to charge me all over again on my card for ONE hashbrown. Needs better customer service
