As a former overnight employee myself i’m disappointed in how the quality of work has fallen, when i was there we had 1 hour (2-3:00 maybe 3:30 if needed) to have breakfast out but definitely never at 5:00!

Idk if he skipped a few lessons in customer service or if he was just having a bad day, but he needs to sort his crap out before inflicting his visage on customers.

I called ahead 10 minutes before arrival to make sure the ice cream machine was working. They said it was and i don’t live far so i sent my significant other to get us both a sweet treat and within those 10 minutes the ice cream machine suddenly isn’t working. and considering this isn’t the first time it’s happened i’m quite disappointed. they need to either get a new machine or get workers that are a bit nicer and transparent.
