After waiting for 20 min everyone in my party was done eat I still didn't have my food. So when back to counter for full refund only to hear cursing come from the back. After getting refound I went next do to McDonald's where I was served good, hot food in a timely manner.

I went in with my daughter and the staff was really nice got my order out before I even had a chance to pay for it. They were all super nice and friendly and everyone had a smile on their face and we're laughing and having fun with each other while working. Definitely a ring the bell experience. I always love coming in here and will definitely be back every chance I get!

The manager looked me in my face and said half your order is done we are waiting on the rest and I still waited 20 plus minutes and was never brought any food. When I went inside no one was wearing gloves or hair nets and was touching the food with bare hands. I watched the manager dump food out a box back into the rest of the food she was gonna serve to other people and then place the box back on top of the stack to use again. Then while giving me a refund for the food I never got she answered her personal phone to have a conversation on speaker phone with her son.

The employees started arguing among them selves so it was time to leave. This is the second time in a row this happened.
